Training Terms and Conditions

§1. Scope of the terms and conditions
These terms and conditions define the rules of organization and participation in trainings, courses, and educational programs conducted by European Tech Academy sp. z o.o.
Trainings can take the form of:
in-person (stationary),
online,
hybrid.
§2. Conditions of participation
A participant in the training can be an adult or a minor with the consent of a legal guardian.
The condition for participation is:
correct application,
fulfilling the formal requirements of a given course,
payment of the fee (if the training is paid).
§3. Training organization
The detailed program, schedule, and scope of the training are published on the website.
The Administrator reserves the right to change the schedule for organizational reasons.
Trainings are conducted by qualified instructors.
§4. Exams and certificates
The participant may take the exam after meeting the conditions of the training program.
Certificates are issued according to the scope of the completed training.
European Tech Academy does not guarantee obtaining external state or industry qualifications if granting them depends on third-party institutions (e.g., SEP, IHK).
§5. Participant's obligations
Punctual attendance at classes.
Compliance with health and safety rules and the regulations of training facilities.
Respect for property and other participants.
§6. Resignation and absences
The participant may resign from the training on the terms specified in the Refund Policy.
Absences may result in the inability to take the exam.
§7. Final provisions
The terms and conditions are valid from the date of publication.
In matters not regulated, Polish law applies.
