3. Scope of processed data
The Administrator may process, in particular, the following personal data:

data contained in recruitment and training forms,
data regarding education, qualifications, and professional experience,
data necessary for the execution of training agreements,
technical data such as IP address, browser data, and cookies.
The Administrator does not process special categories of personal data unless such an obligation arises from the provisions of law or the data subject gives explicit consent.
4. Purposes of data processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
performance of training and educational services,
conducting recruitment for courses and training,
concluding and executing contracts,
handling inquiries sent through contact forms,
fulfilling the legal obligations of the Administrator,
conducting informational and marketing activities (e.g., newsletter),
improving the functioning of the website and ensuring system security.
5. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract,
Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation of the Administrator,
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator.
6. Data recipients
Personal data may be transferred to:
entities providing IT, hosting, and systems services,
providers of tools for handling forms, CRM systems, LMS, and electronic mail,
public institutions, if such an obligation arises from the provisions of law.
The Administrator uses only entities that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, compliant with GDPR.
7. Transfer of data outside the European Union
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only in cases where service providers ensure appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period required by law,
until consent is withdrawn – in the case of processing based on consent,
for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected.

restrict processing,
data portability,
object to processing,
withdraw consent at any time.
